Packing and Preparations

Well, the packing, cleaning, laundry, fence fixing, tractor work, tire busting, goodbyes, all still continue. We have taken one day at a time and have just enjoyed the things we have gotten to do. It’s been a fun few weeks of social visits sprinkled in between the work. Goodbyes are proving to be difficult, but to be completely honest, I’m so thankful for such deep relationships we have with folks.

These last few days we have had SO MUCH HELP!! I’m in awe of the work force that has shown up and blown me away! I’ve never spearheaded a move, so I didn’t really know how it all went from a moms perspective. I’ll just say, I honestly couldn’t have done it all by myself. We had work crews everywhere and offers to help that came willingly every few seconds or so. I think I made a million decisions. Cleaning got done, fence got fixed, meals were made, packing and loading…and the list is endless.

I’ll put a few pictures of some of the things we did and folks that helped. Thank you to everyone who showed up and helped so much! Those two simple words of “thank you” are by no means adequate for the depth of our gratefulness to each and every one of you. Such self-less love is beautiful to be felt. It hits deep to the core. The Lord will reward you in Heaven for the sacrifice you have given so freely. We love each one of you so much 💞
