We enjoyed Sunday service at a little church called Elim Baptist Church. Folks were warm and welcoming. Afterwords we had a picnic at a pond/lake nearby.
The weather was cloudy all day and brought some showers in the afternoon/evening. We moved the grill under the “front porch” of the girls tent and cooked supper out of the rain!
Monday we had another nice day around base camp. We took the opportunity to re-organize the cargo trailer. Trying to keep things we access regularly most available. It was quite a puzzle, but I think Stephen did a great job and has taken so many things into consideration as he was organizing.
Enjoyed some football, playing, cooking, and showers!
Then we finished the day by washing the vehicles by the creek nearby. Felt so nice to have them nice and clean!
