After our good nights sleep, showers for all, Bible study and breakfast, we headed out.
We decided to ask Brian and Steph if we could just come early. This was for a few reasons. One was that since fuel is costing so much, it would eliminate extra expense in that area. Another was that since super cold weather is blowing in on Friday/Saturday, we figured it would be easier if we were already established somewhere vs packing up and moving during all that. And the last was that we wanted to go by some thrift stores in search of specific items before the weekend when they would all be closed. They graciously said yes, so here we are!
Brian kindly had a load of mulch delivered to create a nice landing spot for our set up! He was thinking of all the mud in tents, and did this for us to make it easier. So thoughtful! It’s super nice!
